Before I fall

So I just finished reading this really good book. It's called "Before I Fall" by Lauren Oliver. I got a free copy off line at Read Any Books.com. I started reading the book on Late and I mean after midnight on Tuesday early Wednesday morning. ANYWAYS... The book is 687 pages long and I finished it this afternoon( 2/26/15) before I went to work.

The book starts out with the main character named Samantha who is a stuck up, self absorbed, only caring about her popularity bitch. She has a boyfriend named Rob who is all about taking her virginity. Samantha and her 3 friends Lindsay( main bitch), Elbony ( Big Slut), and Ally(follower) going to a party at this guy named Kent's house. Samantha and her friends drink, smoke and dance. As the night wears on Lindsay gets behind the wheel and the four of them spin on ice and crash into a tree. Samantha's first line in the book is When you die everyone says your life flashes before your eyes. Samantha thinks of girl from her childhood her and her friends make fun of. Samantha then starts to relive her last day over and over again. Trying to figure out a way to fix her wrong doings and make things right with those few people she hurt. She learns that the guy she thought she loved wasn't the one she really wanted. She discovered her friends weren't who she thought they were. there is this girl in the book that they make fun of so bad that she feels her life is that bad that she wants to end things. Samantha finds a way to save this girl even though she knows she won't survive. So the question should have been would you sacrifice your life to better someone else knowing you wouldn't survive the rest of your life? Self sacrifice hum...... something to think about. I do have to give this book a 10. It was really good and it makes you think! Let me know what you thought.
